Because motor vehicles are titled assets and subject to state regulations, most vehicle sales are considered final once the purchase agreement and registration paperwork have been completed.

Defective or Misrepresented Vehicles

If a vehicle is found to have a significant mechanical defect or material misrepresentation that was not disclosed prior to purchase, Camden Chevrolet may review the situation and assist with a resolution which may include:

Repair of the issue through the dealership service department
Assistance through applicable manufacturer warranty coverage
A potential exchange for another vehicle when appropriate

All situations are evaluated individually by dealership management.

Used Vehicle Purchases

Pre-owned vehicles are sold according to the terms outlined in the buyer’s order and in compliance with applicable Tennessee dealership regulations.

Certain vehicles may be sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
